Anastasia Zaykova, lawyer at Pavlova&Partners, took part in a round table discussion on topical issues of insolvency (bankruptcy) "Rehabilitation Mechanism in Bankruptcy Procedures: Social and Economic Aspects".

The event was held on March 23 within the I Annual Competition of Scientific Papers in the Field of Business Law named after Prof. A.G. Bykov. The event was organized by Lomonosov Moscow State University.

A. Zaykova presented the report on the fate of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity in the event of bankruptcy of a legal entity-right holder. In her speech she examined the problem connected with the possibility of bankruptcy administrator to declare the repudiation of a license agreement within bankruptcy proceedings.

The report concludes that there is a need for legal protection of the licensees' rights in case of repudiation by the licensor of a license agreement following the example of foreign legislation.
