review of corporate legislation were discussed in the forum.
Artem Vasilievich, Head of Corporate Law Practice, lawyer, participated in II All-Russian Corporate Law Forum.
The Forum included discussion of issues related to corporate law reform, procedure of state registration of legal entities, first results of de-offshoring and other issues.
