Pavlova&Partners law firm court practice team has successfully protected interests of large insurance company in court.

Legals have protected client’s interests from a claim for an amount of 120 mln rubles in Moscow City Arbitrazh Court.

Lawsuit for recovery of 120 mln rub. was filed by The Nizhny Novgorod Research Institute of Radio Engineering. Demands came from insurance contract of temporary annuitants. According to Demandant (Insurant), the surrender value shall be returned on contract termination.

Pavlova&Partners law firm legals managed to prove that Insurant didn’t have right to cancel a contract and received request on contract cancellation could not cause corresponding legal consequences. Only Insured parties could use contract cancellation right.

As a result the claim was fully dismissed. The case was conducted by Sergei Soldatenko, manager of legal projects.
