Sergey Soldatenko has huge experience in representing business interests of the clients’ courts. His total experience in the legal practice is more than 7 years.

Sergey has repeatedly represented clients’ interests in arbitration courts of all jurisdictions (including Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and Intellectual Property Court), in general jurisdiction courts, as well as in Federal Anti-Monopoly Service and arbitration tribunals.

Over the period of the last two years Sergey has provided services for complex legal backing of south korean POSCO activities in Russia, among all has represented its interests on all disputes in arbitration courts in relation to Elginsk coal field.

Sergey successfully manages court cases on such directions as business disputes including disputes resulting from contracting relations; corporate disputes; disputes related to protection of property right and other rights in real estate; disputes connected to violation of intellectual property rights; administrative disputes, including disputes with customs authorities.
