At he St. Petersburg international legal forum took place a session devoted to charitable funds

Galina Pavlova recounted about the activities of charitable and inheritance funds from the point of view of a legal practice.

The session dedicated to the transfer of the businessmen’ inheritance in favor of charitable foundations was held at the St. Petersburg International legal forum on May, the 16^th, 2019.

During the discussion the head partner of AB Pavlova & partners Galina Pavlova told about the activities of charitable and inheritance funds from the point of view of legal practice.

"At the SPILF we discussed the activities of charitable foundations and regulation of hereditary ones. Also it was an interesting discussion about whether to be in Russia personal (lifetime) funds", - said G. Pavlova.
