On November 23, experts from ‘Pavlova and Partners’ made presentations at the conference entitled ‘Legal Issues in Retail Trade’ organized by the ‘Peavo.ru’ web portal.

The Firm’s managing partner, Galina Pavlova, moderated the session on court issues.

S. Soldatenko, a court project manager, gave a talk on the methods to recover maximum possible compensation for the illegal use of a trade mark. He also made an overview of foreign court practice in the field and shared his views on which foreign compensation recovery methods should be used in the Russian courts.
