Sergei Soldatenko, projects manager of Pavlova&Partners law firm, took part in “Intellectual property rights protection” conference. The conference was held on 23rd September by Business Way Forum.

Conference participants discussed course of development of legislation and of intellectual property rights protection case law, effective strategies of intellectual property rights protection and issues of exceptional rights protection on the Internet.

Besides that, they discussed topical issues of copy- and related rights protection on conference, spoke about effective means of parallel import protection and also discussed intellectual property in pharmaceutical sphere.

Sergei Soldatenko has huge experience in representing business interests of the courts, including in sphere of intellectual property. Sergei has repeatedly represented clients’ interests in arbitration courts of all jurisdictions (including Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and Intellectual Property Court), in general jurisdiction courts, as well as in Federal Anti-Monopoly Service and arbitration tribunals.
