Alexey Altukhov, adviser to Pavlova & partners Law firm, took part with a report n the conference "Bankruptcy of developers in Russia", which was held on February 27, 2019 at the chamber of Commerce and industry of the Russian Federation.

In his report A. Altukhov focused on the problematic issues of dispute resolutions which are concerning the recognition of ownership of real estate in bankruptcy cases of developers. In particular, the key judicial acts on this issue were considered, including the latest practice of the Supreme Court Austerity of the Russian Federation, as well as the latest legislative innovations that came into a force at the end of 2018.

The conference was organized by the Association of graduates of RPLS with the support of the Journal issued by the School. The speakers of the conference were the leading Russian experts in the field of bankruptcy A. Egorov, O. Zaitsev, R. Miftahutdinov, Y. Tai, I. Yastrzhembsky, etc.
