Pavlova & Partners Law Firm took part in the annual conference Family and Inheritance Law.

Galina Pavlova, Managing Partner and the Head of Family and Inheritance Practice was a moderator and speaker of the first session devoted to the peculiarities of the inheritance of large states and business.

Together with Leonid Afendikov, Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal, Galina Pavlova discussed the issues of neutralization of abuse by partners, managers and counterparties in the process of inheritance, as well as to prevent raider seizure of the estate.

Other leading lawyers dealing with family and inheritance law and notaries also spoke at the conference. One of the most interesting parts of the conference was the work session devoted to the international practice of inheritance of estates and business.
